1 Order and Pay
Order and pay online directly from your PC or smartphone.
Major credit cards, Paypal, cash on delivery, and other services are available for payment. You will receive an order confirmation email after completing your transaction. Please feel free to contact us for your payment processing needs!
Your ordered item should arrive to your designated destination prior to your data plan start date.
Please allow time for unexpected delivery delays.
3 Wifi Setting
Easy steps to connect. Enjoy ShoreAccess Internet service worldwide.
Power ON your Pocket Wifi router unit.
Go to the “Settings” screen of your device.
Switch “Wi-Fi” ON.
Select your Wi-Fi router’s SSID from the list.
Enter the security key printed on your Pocket Wifi as a password.
4 Returns and Refunds
You may return your Pocket Wifi unit within 30 days of your delivery date. The unit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once ShoreAccess receives your returned Pocket Wifi, you will receive confirmation from the ShoreAccess customer support team, and your refund will be processed through your original method of payment within three (3) business days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and you must use a trackable shipping service. Please ask any questions about return instructions by reaching out to the ShoreAccess customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Data Plan Cancellation: Activated data plans cannot be cancelled. For Pocket Wifi units with included data plans, ShoreAccess will not able to refund the delivery charges for shipped units. If you have received your unit, please refrain from turning it on and promptly return it to ShoreAccess so that the data plan is not activated. Doing so will allow ShoreAccess to refund the unit and the included data plan.
